Our services start with a survey that includes an in-depth overview of one of your most significant assets. Upon arriving on-site, we will thoroughly inspect any damage and determine the best, safest, and most cost-effective solution. We follow up our inspection with a detailed report that includes observations, pictures, and recommended repairs.
Our professional certified installers work diligently to install our Centurion™ Rack Repair solutions so that your product is safe and secure, all while being flexible with your workflow and doing their best not to disturb your efficiency.
Rack Capacity Certifications
We offer a rack capacity certification, including a professional engineer’s assessment. The PE will review your current racking system and determine the capacity of the frame, which will depend on nine factors identified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute:
- Average load to maximum load ratio
- Beam-to-column connector stiffness and strength
- Beam stiffness
- Column stiffness
- Base plate and anchorage detail
- Site seismicity
- Number of storage levels
- Aspect ratio of the frame, or height-to-depth ratio
- Warehouse or retail environment
The rack capacity certification will include placards or stickers for aisles stamped by a professional engineer, showing that the racks have been certified.
Upright and Beam Replacement
In some rare instances, the upright may be beyond repair with our repair kit. If the upright is damaged over a certain height or if there are other variables that would prevent us from repairing the upright we do have the ability to replace the upright as well as any beams that may be damaged. We can source or use any replacement uprights and beams that you may have on site.
